Karen is brilliant with color. I haven't been able to nail down the right color formula for the past 7 years since I've had to move so much for work. I'm a brunette that lifts way too brassy, and she's worked out the most beautiful color in my hair and also her highlights are weaved through with perfection! And if there have been slight misplacements of a highlight or lowlight, she's so fantastic about coming back in and fixing it. Honestly, I can't say enough about how happy I am with Karen and how amazing she is with my hair! Also, I love the salon. It's small, quaint and charming. No pretense here, and everyone is very nice and professional.
