DIANA _The owner did my pedicure!!!The worst pedi ever! I did get a basic gel pedi but it was less than basic, she let my feet soak for 10 secs, did no scrub, just soap and water!!! WITH NO SCRUB!! Then when I asked about the scrub they said "you pay more " ! But on the description it says it's comes with a scrub! My "pedi" was done in less than 10mins I kid u not! No massage just a calf beat down! Smh. I will not be returning! Paid way I could've let my DOG do my pedi for free and still gotten better service, a scrub, and came out with moisturized feet! Stop supporting people that will not support you! Instead of fixing the problem they make you seem problematic! Smh NEVER AGAIN!

Prices are fair and they do an amazing job.

Kelly is very good at what she does. Salon is clean and they got plenty of color selections. I got the pedicure deluxe and gel manicure for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Prime Nail Spa and Skincare and Vee. Vee does my nails, pedicures, lashes and she waxes my eyebrows. She listens to me when I make special requests, she recommends nail art that matches my personality, and I consistently get compliments on my lashes and nails. I can always expect to have a relaxing experience and she always makes sure that I look amazing when I leave. I will follow her anywhere she goes. I highly recommend her.

Lily was the best and Lily is no longer there. I've literally witnessed Lily handling myself along with 2 other customers at the same time, while ensuring none of us felt neglected. As of late, customer service has gone downhill. My previous experience a month ago, resulted in a new/temp technician named Trina, giving me a manicure w/ gel polish (how can you mess that up, right?). After 3-4 days, my nails were ripping, and the gel was lifting. Again, I go for manicure with a somewhat clear gel polish, very simple natural look. I even go as far as shaping my own nails before booking an appointment! I had an appointment scheduled for 5:30pm on Saturday 01/15/22. Mind you, I live far East Sahara, on the opposite side of town. On Saturday, I arrive at 5:15ish, to find the spa closed. No call for a heads up at all. Thankfully I was able to get a good referral from my sister, and I received a beautiful Gel Polish Manicure from Elaine's on Flamingo & Durango, same day. I've given Prime, a few attempts at keeping me as a client, since Losing Lily as a tech. Never tip less than $15, travel across town for service, and request a basic nail job. I am truly disappointed with how I have been handled recently. 2 Stars due to cleanliness of facility. If traveling a distance, I'd recommend finding something closer. No longer worth the inconvenient drive.
