i just recently went to this salon and im on here to say whoever the owner is unprofessional and very rude. i had a friend with me who was so uncomfortable she left to sit in my car. the stylist who i did my hair was a sweet heart, we went to the same high school and i knew her as one of the cosmo girls so i trusted her to do me right but her boss interrupted my appointment a handful of times with her opinion. my issue isn't w my hair at all the vibes were weird and i really didn't feel welcome..
Very disappointed. Got my lashes done on Friday and already on my way home some of them had fallen out. Unfortunately i was going away for my birthday and could not come back to fix them but by Sunday one eye pretty much had about 3-4 lashes attached. Got a Groupon and i guess u get what u paid for :/ and i also felt she did the job too quickly (~20 mins) and i've gotten them done before in the past and it was never that fast
I've been to Lauren's salon a few times for eyelash extensions, waxing, and keratin treatments. Always an awesome experience! Very kind and easy to talk to. Nancy did my daughter's keratin treatment with a cut and it came out great! Nancy is so sweet and patient! Definitely recommend this salon!
I went to get a lash fill there... no one came out to great me... I waited 20 minutes and that was 15 minutes past my appointment time. That's bad for business. I confirmed my appointment and it's rude that no one could come out and say they were running late or great me. Waste of my time... just because I'm not working at that moment doesn't mean my time isn't worth money.
I had eyelash extensions done here. The stylist took literally 20 min to do them. It should take 1.5-2 hours is done correctly. Long I story short they were glued in clumps on my natural eyelashes. A week later they were all falling out and taking clumps of my natural eyelashes out with them. Fast forward 2 weeks, there is one extension glued to like 10 natural eyelashes for every extension. As each extension comes out it take 10 natural lashes with it. Save your time. Do not go here.
