Anais is a hair magician! This is the best salon I have ever been to, and definitely the best salon in Fallbrook, and here is why: 1. Peaceful, and homey environment! She has made me hot chocolate before, and has tea/coffee water etc. 2. She cares about hair health more than anyone, and uses only the best products specific to your hairs needs! (I have dandruff and she gives a scrub massage to get rid of it all and everything always smells incredible) 3. You more than likely will never go there and see another client. It might be covid related, or it may not be, but I am always in there alone! 4. Very reasonably priced and not outrageously expensive like other salons! 5. Her salon is GORGEOUS and she designed it herself. It's always very clean, and there is no way you would leave this salon unhappy. 6. Last but not least, she is a wizard with her tools and always makes my hair have beautiful beach waves and even adds side braids when I'm feeling a flirty look! I Came to my appointment scheduled for 4pm, I wasn't in a chair until 4:27pm. I then was seen by Esme, came in for a balayage. She told me that I should think about going lighter because its a long process and big commitment." I was so confused since she knew I was there for a Balayage to begin with, even had put my debit card on file from my appointment. Anyway she went on and on with every excuse for her not to dye my hair, anything from "well since you just had a baby there maybe some chemical changes." Now my baby is 7 months old, what does dying my hair have to even do with my baby!! I was shook!! I even told her I wanted a change since my birthday was around the corner, and she continued to tell me if I was sure I wanted to dye my hair because it was going to take a while to dye my hair and was going to be a long process." Well I completely know that, I've sat in a chair for over 4 hours before.. Now one hour goes by for her only to tell me that she is going to do a test strip to see how my hair lifts. In my mind I was thinking is this a joke! I'm here because I schedule an appointment to get my hair dyed! My hair hasn't been processed in 4 years. I didn't understand why she didn't want to dye my hair. Anyway she completely wasted my time! She still had the audacity to tell me to schedule an appointment tomorrow if I still wanted to come in she would see me... Umm no way! You wasted my valuable time I was there to clearly get my hair done today! I will take my business elsewhere!!! Very unhappy!

I schedule an appointment with Esme for Saturday afternoon she's great,she's very friendly and professional I'm very happy with her job!

Amazing experience! This salon is lovely! Anais is very professional. Came in today not knowing what I wanted and she gave me her opinion on what to do and I loved the results cant wait to accomplish what we have in mind for my hair. can't stop touching my hair and looking at it in the mirror. THANK YOU ANAIS!! You are a keeper! Will be recommending you with friends and family !

Anais is hands down one of the most talented hair stylist I've ever had!! Her knowledge, professionalism and expertise is unmatched compared to any other hair stylist I've had.
