This is the last time that I am going to this salon. I gave it a chance for about 5 years now and to me it has gotten worse. I have always gone to Lisa and she just does not have the skill to prioritize or communicate well. She ALWAYS changes the time to be see the day of! She texted me saying she's ready and when I arrive there she's doing highlights on another client! Second, as I was waiting in another room for my highlights to be done, another client RUDELY interrupted and Lisa just stopped and went directly to the other client. I'm done. Goodbye
Please do not go here. My daughter booked an appointment and had a hair cut with Lisa. She had only been here once before and had a decent experience with another person. She was not so lucky today. My daughter asked for a trim of 2 inches which Lisa did not approve of and asked her if she was sure. My teenaged daughter knew what she wanted--only 2 inches. Instead, Lisa cut off 4-5 inches. You cannot do that. I don't care if you're the best hair dresser in the world, you cannot do what the customer clearly doesn't want. Please do not go here.
I have been getting my hair cut & dyed by Ermei for over 15 years. She has done several different styles & I've always been happy. She even dyed my long dark brown hair purple. She is always on time & very pleasant. I recommend people to her all of the time.
If I could give zero stars I would. I had gone in to get a haircut and have never been treated so badly, even insulted by the stylist telling me I was too fat for a short hairstyle. I just wanted a haircut to feel good and end up going home crying and feeling like crap. Reading other comments, looks like I am not the only one treated poorly. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. DO NOT GO HERE.
Lisa took care of my haircut today. She did an amazing job and I enjoyed talking to her because the conversation didn't seem forced. I haven't been to a hair salon in a while and she made this experience enjoyable. Thank you and I would recommend getting a haircut from here again. Ask for Lisa :)
