Elite Nail & Spa in Jacksonville, AR

Full set of nails $45 2 weeks later I went in for a fill , never saw the nice man that done my nails the 1st time,  A woman was there I said I need a fill she said sit down and she continued to talk on her phone (very rude) then when she was done she said $35 I ask about the price a full set is $45 and a fill is $35 really?? I won't be going back!!!!

I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. And I normally don't do reviews but I felt like it'd be worth saving people's time and money.
I came in for a pedicure and polish. They painted my toes without completely painting the whole nail in multiple toe nails. Then my feet weren't scrubbed properly and as  someone who is used to getting their feet scrubbed, I may as well would have done it myself. I mentioned it throughout the process and while my toes were drying and all they did was talk in their language and laugh. I should've asked what what being said since that's extremely rude and unprofessional given the fact that I don't speak their language, and I find it just very disrespectful. The owner of the place "fixed my toes" by painting over what was done by the previous technician, leaving it uneven. By that point I was so upset I asked the whole staff if I could get them all removed and they offered to fix them/or redo which I refused because they didn't bother correcting the issue to begin with. I was paying for more than a basic package and the provided the service for less then minimal which made no sense to me.. and i was told I was being picky... to post a picture of how my toes came out would put this place to shame, over all save your time and money and do not come here. Plus if you want to pay for a service they did not fulfill, don't pay for it! The staff really tried to make me pay full price, given that they messed up, and didn't do everything included in a package, let alone PAINT MY TORS AWFULLY. Bad vibes!

Well I went in yesterday afternoon to get my nails done for my birthday me and my friends also had our toes done we did our feet first while they were working on my feet the woman came over and did my nails it was rushed through and not done right I payed 145 dollars for everything and it wasn't right but didn't notice tell I got home and started looking at them some were crooked and they have dents in them I called she told me to come by and she fix it and I did after work all she did was filed it some more and put clear coat on them she didn't fix nothing that didn't do anything so I will never go back there again I've never had a bad experience like that before so anyone want there nails or toes done don't go there I wish I would have known I would have went somewhere else

I'd actually like to give this nail shop a 0! The Female nail tech is extremely unpleasant, and downright rude. She did a full set of gel nails which were all uneven. About 1 week later, my nails started popping off, so I returned to the nail shop to get them fixed, I was charged for the nails that had come off. I showed the male nail tech who did the repairs on my other nails, and how some of my other nails are starting to come off. He told me I needed a fill, I told him that my nails were just done 1 week ago. I asked him how much a fill would cost, he stated that $35.00 which was unbelievable because gel nails are $40.00, it makes no sense that a fill would cost $35.00. It's sad that customers have to pay for the mistakes they made. They never accept responsibility when they make mistakes. The female nail tech also spoke about me in their language to another nail tech when I went back to have my nails fixed that she in fact messed up. As soon as she started talking about me, he turned right around and gave me a rude stare. I should have read the reviews and listened to the other customers prior to stepping one foot in that rude place. They're rude, they charge you when they make mistakes, and they never ever assume responsibility for their mess ups. Stay far away from this place and spend your hard-earned money with a quality nail shop that cares about their customers! They need to take the "Elite" off their sign and replace it with "Rude" Nail and Spa.

Only gave them one star cause I can't give them zero. My nails are thick and bulbous, there's craters In them. My pinky nail on my left hand is RIDICULOUSLY lopsided.  I asked them to redo my nails twice. After the second time there was polish under my nails and I asked her to clean it, she barely did and then told me to "go". I got in my truck and immediately started crying, so my husband and I went back to see if they could redo them or give me a refund. They refused to do either and started literally screaming at me saying I'm picky and liked them earlier when I literally ran out of there as fast as I could.
