I have been coming here for years. They do a nice job for a plain manicure, but definitely not the place to go if you want crazy designs. For $25 you can't beat the plain gel manicures!!
I use to go to Leon for years was Happy until my Gel nails that you pay $10 extra for started to chip the day after. They aren't suppose to chip. I recently Gave them another Chance and a Day later Chipped again went back they were Fixed then a day later chipped again. I could of saved $10 and got Regular Polish am they could of chipped. Not Happy!
Horrible. They over charge you and leave your nails looking chunky. I asked for an acrylic fill and they look like a 5th grader painted them. Paint all over my skin around the nail, and she even cut 3 of my fingers that they are still bleeding 2 days later and probably going to get an infection. The place is horrible. Do not waste your money going there you will be absolutely disappointed. I asked for a easy simple design and they could not figure out how to do a straight line correctly on my nail. Looked horrible and I made her take it off and I had to get plain nails. DONT GO THERE!
Many friends and family swear by this place, but it is by far one of the worst places to go! Now I remember why I choose not to come here- the service is HORRIBLE. After making an appointment I still had to wait 25 minutes. They have mood changing colors but Len did not allow me to see the color they change into- the colors advertised on their selection are incorrect and wrong. I wanted white for the summer but she fought with me about the color then complained about fixing my nails. After awkwardly fighting with her she said "You chose that color, that is your fault!!" I could not believe how absurd and rude she was- after saying the polish was not the white color she yelled at me to choose a different color in front of other customers. As the business owner, handle your unhappy customer professionally. She gave me a different color white but ruined my nails - there are so many scuff marks on both fingers- NOT WORTH IT! She did not even say thank you for tips from other customers. She also charged me $5 extra dollars on waxing and never discussed why. I am never coming back to this place. Only cash tips and unprofessional, rude, unhappy service here. You will leave wanting your money back- You have been warned.
If only zero stars is an option. Stay away from this place. I just moved to the area and would rather drive back to where I used to go. But I gave this place a try and boy it was the worst day of my life. The gentleman who took asked me to pick a color first asked me to look for my damn choice from the bucket to the polishes on the wall, then proceeded to get tell me I need an acrylic since I cut down my nails so short. Kept on shaking his head that he has to work hard with my cuticles. Like is there a problem? I kept going when I should have just left but he then wounded one then two then three times?!!!!! This is unbelievable. I felt so violated that I won't even come back and would like to warn people around about this place.
