Old nail polish Bring your own. Nail tech turn over is a bummer. I like establishing ONE nail tech, who knows my nails and what I like.
I went in to get a fill and the technician didn't even ask me my preferred length, just decided my length for me. Then, she proceeded to leave me in the middle of my nail service for an eyebrow appointment with no previous notice at the beginning of the service. Then, when I asked my best friend to take a look at a specific nail, she got harsher with the filing. At the end, during the drying part, she shoved my hand in the UV light and didn't even ask me if i was satisfied. I'm so disappointed with the length of my nails and I can't even do anything. They also add a $2 on top of your receipt if you pay with card! Just looking to make money with cheap service.
I have been going here for many years. It can be busy on the weekends but I would definitely recommend this place. I go for manicures and pedicures and always leave happy. Just be sure to bring cash! They 100% prefer cash, and honestly who doesn't! Will keep going!
I actually used to like going to this place, the lady that did my toes did a good job, but oh my god when I tell you the guy that did my acrylic set did the most horrid french tip job ever. Half my nails are literally crooked and the french tip looks like a straight line. Plus he was literally distracted half the time and walking around, neverrrr coming here again.
They overcharged me for a fill by an extra $10. Also the gel polish is full of bumps and all over my skin.
