Elegance Beauty Salon in Hicksville, NY

I have been going to Elegance Salon for many years and I am really happy with the way they take care of what I need done. The owner Neetu and staff members Rekha, Taj and Prabh are professional and at the same time very friendly and make me feel very comfortable during the time I spend there. The place is clean and offers a variety of services. What I specially like is that during hair touch ups they don't miss any grays! I highly recommend this salon.

I called in because I needed a blowout really quick. She said $20 on the phone so I'm like ok perfect. I go in and they start right away. I believe they placed one of their new inexperienced girls to work on me. Which I don't really care usually because it get they have to learn somehow. You'd expect someone to like watch her and see what she does. But no they left her alone. She washed my hair really quick not properly. Then she was burning my scalp and took forever to finish. Like 1hr on a blowout when normally it doesn't take long. Then she tells me $35 and I'm like uh she told me $20 so she hesitated and clearly saw I didn't like it so was like ok. I regret cheating on my hair lady!!! They were nice but clearly need someone else other then the owner to know how to blow dry.

I've gotten my eyebrows done here for years and keep coming back despite the fact that I moved out of the area 2 years ago. The salon is nothing at all fancy and I've only had my eyebrows threaded here so I have no idea what their hair services are like. They are fast, cheap and always do a great job.

First time getting my eyebrows threaded and i LOVED it. Bhana was such a sweetheart and very professional. My henna came out wonderful. The prices are reasonable and very good service. Will return!
