My husband made me an appointment as a birthday gift. He called ahead and asked for a stylist with proper experience on what I desired. I arrived on time for my appointment only to have the stylist selected tell me she was uncomfortable doing my color and she was recommending a " more experienced " stylist. I was only wanting a lighter color without blonde highlights. She even asked another stylist for her opinion and she give detailed instructions. I was escorted to the desk to make another appointment which i did not participate in.I was so humiliated and will never go back!

Michelle Meeks left one side heavier and when I returned for hair repair, she cut a bunch out of the right side above my ear.
Carla left me looking like she had cut around an upside down mixing bowl. And she did mention to me: "When we don't like cutting your hair we do a bad job". Ego Hour, Stratford Road is not the quality shop it once was. I was a 30 year customer. I wonder if Anna has any idea what the employees have done to her dream.
I had planned to donate my hair through another salon, and they canceled on me 10 minutes before my appointment. I called Ego asking if they could get me in and they had an appointment for me within 15 minutes. Paige listened to what I was asking for, was knowledgeable about the hair donation process, and made me feel super comfortable while making a big change and knowing nothing about the salon. She gave me exactly what I wanted and did so within a timely manner. I am so happy that I ended up going here, and can't thank Paige enough. I highly recommend her and the salon!

Went to get a my long hair trimmed; ended up with almost 5 inches off and now I have a lob. Unevenly cut. Layers are very choppy. She even tried to have someone else take a look when I didn't like it, and the other girl was able to even it out a bit more. My goal of a trim was far gone by the end of this.
Looking back, I won't come here again.
