WORST PLACE EVER! DO NOT GO! cut my fingers up and could not do a simple design. For a simple black french tip it sure was hard to mach a natural color base so they gave me a hot pink base color. Never been so disappointed in a nail salon

Best place for my nails. They are super easy to work with and was able to get the shape, color and design I wanted.

Came in for a mani pedi. Usually I great place. This girl doesn't seem to know what she is doing. She has thrown away trash, watched tv, done half a basic pedi and a really crappy job of it.. I am afraid of the manicure and eye brow wax.
I will go to K1 next time.

Did not do what I asked. And when she replaced the 2 broken nails the width was bigger than the rest of the nails they are uneven. Will never come back again

I got a pedicure and my nails looked great, massage was amazing, no complaints there what so ever! I felt respected by the technicians and had pleasant conversation! One of the employees who worked at the front desk spoke Spanish as a resource to Spanish speaking customers and I thought this was such a wonderful aspect of the salon due to the demographics of the area.

On the door they had a sign posted that said only 5 customers would be allowed in the salon at once due to COVID-19 and that appointments were required to limit the amount of people (and I would assume to also save time for sanitation). There were more than five people at times in the salon and many people came to the salon for walk in appointments. 2 technicians were not wearing masks while walking around the salon, and many of the technicians were not  wearing their masks over their nose/correctly. I was in the salon for about 45 minutes and not once did I see any sanitation procedures. Women left and were replaced by new guests and sat in chairs that had not been sanitized.

I understand that getting a pedicure was not necessary but with the Covid policies they advertised I felt comfortable with the idea. Once I was already sitting and my technician was working on my pedicure is when I realized that all of their "policies" were not being enforced and I felt very uncomfortable.

COVID policies are certainly tedious and confusing, but it is imperative that if places are going to remain open during a pandemic, safety procedures are properly implemented.
