Easy to make appointment hence the two stars. The product used was very damaging to hair and color not as requested ~ really yellow which I dislike. I've since put color over myself that conditioned and corrected the color issue and another 40 dollars of products on top of the 140 plus tip. Then the cut? I wanted longer in front shorter in back left more one lenght. The front was ok but looks like a man cut in back tapered to crown will take forever to grow out. I even commented to her that with being one lenght can grow out faster so she would be sure not to taper to much. I sure didn't realize how short Amy (owner) was cutting it. Couldn't really see that until I got home and had better look at it. Also color looked better in salon and before 1 wash with color protective shampoo used at home. I will would suggest not having cut first time if you go there (she is very nice but I guess just needs more direction from customer if you have her cut it) and I would suggest to Amy she invests in a better product. I have had my hair colored for many years and know there are much better products out there ~ exp. Goldwell and Schwarzkopf condition and give better shine and condition used on my hair previously with great results.
