I've been having Diana, the owner for color & cut for many years. I moved away from NH 18 yrs ago & I see her when I come home to visit. Her saloon is very cute, clean & cozy. I can still remember when she first opened it up. It's easy to get to, parking is right outside. Call for an appointment as I believe she doesn't do walk ins.
It's been over a year since I've had my hair cut and today I just needed it taken care of at last. Checked out Yelp and found e-clips which was right across the street from my bank, where I was at the moment. Called at 2 and spoke with Michael who took me right in. It's in a wonderful old building with exposed pipe ceilings, big old windows, tiny Christmas lights here and there w tasteful decorations and old classics piped in over the radio. Love the atmosphere. Very friendly people. Michael was awesome. He listened to what I wanted in a hairstyle and gave me that and more. I have a problem sometimes when hairdressers chop off my bangs and they poof way up when I style my own hair. He didn't hack my hair. He designed it. Clipped off my split ends and conditioned and styled it so when I walked out of there I felt fabulous. Thank you Michael! I really needed this today

I just recently moved away, but I went here for my haircut for years with Dyan B.! She was the only one I trusted with my hair and she's been doing this for 20 years.
The actual salon is very bright and open, and they have free coffee and tea with a reading area if you're waiting. The staff is friendly and I miss going here :(
I have been meaning to write my review for Skincare by Amanda for a long time. She is absolutely wonderful! By far the best waxing I have ever had. I searched high and low to find someone as sweet, funny, and expert as Amanda! While she makes you feel so comfortable, she knows what she is doing and gives pointers for maintenance. I have had many terrible experiences with others and I have never had any complaints with her, even for doing something so cringe-worthy. She is by far the best and I send everyone I know to go see her.
She does fabulous Brazilians and also facials, too!
As for the poor reviewer...it could just be you. I have had numerous waxers and Amanda has been the best. I have sent friends to her and they have all reported a great experience. I know hair is different, just like people, and I also know that hair has to be a certain length to be able to be waxed.
*Bottom line is Amanda is FABULOUS, don't let one poor review steer you away from the best waxer on the Seacoast!!!!!
