On March 18, 2022, I walked into Eclips Barbershop and Salon. I sat there for an hour and no one proceeded to greet me or, ask me if I needed a cut. Apparently, they have scheduled appointment's but, again no one acknowledged me as a walk-in customer. If this establisment doesn't take walk-in customers, then it needs to be posted. I don't recommend this barbershop. The customer service sucks. The owner of this barbershop needs to address his employees. Dwayne McCallum
Good shop. Clean. Place has been hit pretty hard by Covid. The barber that was there was awesome. Leon. Very professional. Has his own website with his portfolio on it. Went in there the other day to have Shandin trim up my hair line and straighten out my top knot. He managed to mess this simple hair cut up. I even gave 10$ tip until I got home and found out what a shitty hair cut I received. I would not recommend Shandin-- not sure if the other barbers are good, but He does not know how to professionally cut hair. Either he did this intentionally or he is a bad barber Now I'm forced to pay to get it fixed, or wait for it to grow out.
I tried Eclips for the first time today on the recommendation of a friend. I walked in and was in a chair within one minute. Keino was my barber today, and I was very pleased with his skill. He took his time and gave me a very clean and precise haircut. I'll definitely return to Eclips for future haircuts. Bonus: he can accept payment through cash app for those of us who live in 2018 and don't carry cash!
