Alana is amazing! She's fast, efficient, and your hair turns out beautiful! I loved my hair and my bridesmaid's hair. She is sweet and easy to talk to. She went out of her way for me several times, you won't be disappointed!

Alana went above and beyond to make me the most beautiful version of myself on my wedding day! From the minute I talked to Alana, I resonated with her kind soul and dedication to her craft. She took my hair and makeup vision and turned it into a reality - and then some! I was amazed when I looked in the mirror. She also trimmed up my husband's hair and he absolutely loved his cut! Alana truly went above and beyond on my wedding day. I had an adventure first look photoshoot, and after hearing the mental gymnastics of who's driving who to my photoshoot with my family - she volunteered to take me, which was a big relief. She stayed at my photoshoot, dolled me up afterward, and even went to my wedding venue to change my hair flowers before I walked down the aisle. Alana is truly an expert and so passionate about her work. Looking back at photos, I am amazed at how beautiful I look, but I still looked like myself. She's so wonderful to be around - I feel that I not only hired the best person for the job, but I also found a friend. Thank you Alana!!

Alana is fantastic. Got me in on relatively short notice and in 20 minutes had resolved my hair crisis. Efficient, smart and talented. Also really liked her little studio.

Pro tip: Google still shows the place in Koloa. It's not there. It's on Uakea Road at her house. Also, just push in the driveway.

I am so glad I found Alana with Echelon Beauty Kauai! I had a terrific experience there getting my hair colored and styled. My color has stayed beautifully weeks later and I can't wait to get back there for touch-up and more beach waves. Alana is not only professional but also a joy to talk with while she styles. It's super convenient to book appointments online, too. I recommend her highly.

Booking process and communication were great. Alana arrived on time on the day of my wedding, I was somewhat happy with my hair updo, but I wasn't impressed with my makeup, I showed Alana pictures of examples of the kind of makeup I wanted (soft, romantic look), but in the end, i not only looked like a different person, but the look I had wasn't soft or romantic at all. My monolid eyes looked smaller comparing with no makeup at all, my eyebrows were so pointed and skinny, I looked "angry". Also, during the session, Alana was bragging about her work, and that she age good money, she also was a arrogant when claimed that her first monolid (me) eye makeup was so good and I should post on instagram and brag about. She did do a great job on covering my tattoo though. So I'm giving her 3 stars.
