I went in to get a dip manicure with a full set and the man doing my nails was rude and when I asked if he was going to put on the tips and had another woman come over to convince me to do a gel instead he seemed upset when i declined and rushed through the rest of my manicure. A dip manicure that is supposed to last three weeks chipped within 8 hours and a whole nails broke off in two days. I called to get it fixed and the woman said they couldn't that day so I stopped by to see if I could get a partial refund and was surprised to see them telling other customers that they had plenty of availability that afternoon. The service here was rude dismissive and unhelpful and the manicure itself was shoddy at best. For 60 dollars plus tip I expected my dip to actually last more than 8 hours. don't go here
i have been going to Jenny to have my nails done for 13 years now. She has always given a relaxing professional pedicure and manicure. I brought my mom and dad to her as well. She treated them like royalty. She is always happy and eager to please. I see Jenny as a friend as well as the best manicurist out there!!!
Very unhappy that they allow the girls to make their own prices. Every time you go out you get a different price then they say the girls that are faster are professionals, so what does that make the other girls to take three times the amount of time to do your nails and shouldn't they be charging less?

Been going here for 4 years. No complaints at all about the service. However, in the last 3 months price for gel manicure has gone from $30 to $35 and now $38! This was done without warning. No notices were ever posted. Now I understand prices go up, but when Kim (receptionist/manager?) is questioned about this she tells clients "if you don't like it go somewhere else" !!!! This is how you speak to loyal clients? It's not that I can't afford it, but it's the attitude that will keep me from returning
