Dream Nails & Spa in Nottingham, MD

I have been to Zest nails off n on when on the east coast. I call n make an appointment the day before. I had an appointment for 12..I walked in they were all busy. I sat there for 40 minutes, nothing was said to me. With an appointment I should have been taken on time. I dont mind waiting a little time but 40 minutes without a word said to me. Am done I won't go there again. I thought that was very rude. I called the Nail Bar down the road they took me immediately. Eric at the Nail Bar has my business. Liz C

I love this place, it's absolutely the best nail salon I've ever been to. I've tried a bunch of places, from regular nail salons, to the high dollar spas, this is by far the best place I've ever been to. Ben is amazing, takes care and pride in what he does, and always makes sure I'm happy and taken care of. When I had broken a nail (completely my fault) that I had recently had done, and went in to get it fixed, he sat me down and took his time fixing and touching up my other nails, and even let me change the gel color bc I said I didn't like it that much. And didn't want to charge me a dime for any of it, although I still insisted on paying. He truly cares about his salon and his clients. I'll never go anywhere else.

I have been coming here for YEARS. They have recently come under new management and it seems their customer service has gone down hill a bit. Now don't get me wrong the staff is friendly but I shouldn't have to sit in a pedicure chair for 45 minutes In freezing cold water and no one say oh it will be so and so more time. Also the pedicure ladies sit and take their time on their friends feet and chit chat with them while you sit there in the cold water. They don't offer to warm the water. I have never sat here this long without acknowledgement. Also I don't know if they changed gel polishes but the stuff they use now does not last. I don't even do anything and I have a chip of color off within 5 minutes. One good thing is they have remodeled and have it very nice looking but raised their prices.

I have to say my first time here Leo is amazing such a great pedicure he gave me took his time and stayed 100% with me . He took his time and listen to what I needed done to my toes and feet i've been to at least six different pedicure places in and around Nottingham so far I got to say this has been the best I will return and it's so close to home The Establishment was very clean and well-kept and staff were very friendly

Worst nail salon I've ever been to. I went there a couple of years ago with a couple of friends. At that time it took them three times before they actually did what I asked them to do. They tried to give me a regular manicure when I asked for the acrylic tips. It was eventually done properly, but I was not happy with the communication skills. I decided to give them another go a few weeks ago. My friend made an appointment for the two of us to get a pedicure together. When we got there, they left me sitting for about 20 minutes despite my friends attempts to get us done at the same time as initially requested. They eventually got to me, but used three different people to do my pedicure. Again, the communication was HORRIBLE. The lady that was getting ready to do the nail painting decided to start removing my nail polish from my hands. I stopped her but it was too late, she had already destroyed my fresh manicure that was done the day before. When she was aware of what she did, she tried to correct the situation by painting over my existing nail polish with the color that was being used for my pedicure. Despite the fact that my friend and I both requested the premium stone massage pedicure and that her pedicure started 20 minutes before mine, we both completed at the same time (I thought I didn't really get what I paid for). My friend and I were seated at the drying table. I told the employee that my lamp was not working and she said some kind of rabble about not needing it. No one checked on us while we sat there for over 20 minutes to tell us whether or not we should pay and go. We finally decided it was time. We paid and left. I even tipped the woman extra for trying to correct the nail mistake. A couple of hours later my nail polish on my toes and fingernails were smudged despite all my careful efforts to preserve until fully dry. It seemed the polish was never going to dry. I went back to the salon the next morning to complain and have the polish corrected. The lady I spoke to was VERY rude. She said I should know better about polish, and that it's regular polish that takes longer to dry. I basically paid $44 which included a $10 tip for a pedicure that I had to redo myself one day later. Suffice it to say I will NEVER go back! Communication is poor and customer service is even poorer.
