I went for a shampoo and flat iron . she insisted I get conditioner . Told her my hair was conditioner . She told me my hair wouldn't do right without it . Feeling pressured, I got it . She gave me the price as 85.00. As I went to pay she told me it was actually 100.00. She stated she forget to add the conditioner price . she half way said , sorry . I should have paid the amount the manager stated and left . she also said while getting my hair flat ironed it would be more money if I wanted a few curls . what a rip off . place should be shut down . Horrible service ! The person in charge is money grubbing and unprofessional . Not again !

Fellow Business Owner here who knows what customer service is, so much that I'm on TV every few months. Trust the BAD REVIEWS reviews that you see, they are accurate! If you are Black DON'T go here, completely racist, rude and unprofessional (as if this isn't my country). The few good reviews are not coming from us. If you think I'm lying look at how much alike the bad reviews are bc my experience was very similar to what others wrote such as Natalie P. My experience was much worst as I faced off with JUDITH who didn't care to hear what customer service and only wanted to argue with me who ended up with a $110 bill for a blowout (never again) After having my hair wet & minding my business, I looked at myself in the mirror. JUDITH decides to come across the room and asks do I still want my hair done? Like am I not allowed to look at my own hair that's mine? Like who does that?! I've been natural since 4th grade better believe I don't need her or her whack racist salon. Other reviewers wrote you can't ask questions or request anything bc they get an attitude, very true. I'm not even gonna go into detail about the rest of the experience as there was more, but not gonna give them my energy bc I'll continue elevating bc karma is real. WORST SALON EXPERIENCE, DON'T GO HERE- it's 2022 we chose where our money goes & only to small business that deserve it. STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM HERE & JUDITH!

Came here early on a Saturday morning trying to get my daughter's hair done. She has always been use to a specific stylist. We asked for that specific stylist they were very rude about it and she was saying that she couldn't do anything due to her shoulder. But yet she was washing and blow drying another clients hair. They went to wash my daughters hair (my daughter has very beautiful curly hair) in which they said she had twist in her hair. I said she didn't but they kept saying she did. My daughter this started to cry and was upset about the whole thing. We have been going here for over 2 years now and have never had this issue. I am very upset about this experience and we'll be finding a different salon!

The process isn't worth the results. I've taken my daughter to this salon several times over the years and today I decided not to continue to pay my hard earned money at this salon. The stylists are rude and condescending. They make racist remarks about black women's hair and disregard your concerns. Your hair will look fabulous at the end of the process but I'm no longer paying anyone to be rude to me. Too many other options out there.

I have been going here for years. I went in before Thanksgiving and the stylist really burnt and damaged the back of my hair. She didn't even tell me or let me see the back before I left. I didn't notice it until I got gone late that night. So disappointed in her! You know who I am and u should at least call and apologize. We could gave cut off the damage if u had mentioned it. That was just so unprofessional. I hope it was just a one time mistake because I really have enjoyed the service for years especially when Amy was there.
