I visited Dollface Brows and Beauty for the first time on Friday evening after securing an appointment from the waitlist. From their helpful approach on the phone when booking me in, to looking after me on arrival and during my appointment, it is clear they have a great team. I am thrilled with the results of my brow shaping and waxing by Isabelle. I was incredibly impressed by her knowledge regarding techniques to protect my sensitive skin and how to determine the correct shape for my face. My brows are the best they have looked in years. I appreciated the time taken to understand what my desired look was, and the conversation about future treatment options as well. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment. Dollface is the BEST spot for all things brows and beauty. I have been going to see Jess since she first opened Dollface and have been thrilled to see how much the business has grown over the years. The team is incredible, always cheerful, and so accommodating. The empowering and supportive girl gang vibe Jess has cultivated is unmatched. I ALWAYS leave feeling energized and refreshed. Cannot recommend all of the ladies at Dollface enough!

I genuinely had never had my brows down until I walked into DollFace. I walked into their cute little shop with no expectations but wanted to be pleasantly surprised and I absolutely was. Everyone that works there is incredibly sweet and kind and made me feel extra special. I was offered a bubbly water, a warm neck wrap and treated with kindness since I had absolute no idea what they were doing--and asked so many questions in the process! They complimented my brows endlessly, which let me tell ya, I never knew I needed haha! Tori did my brow lamination the first time and it was she was so great I felt like a whole new gorgeous person after!

I have gone back since and seen Michaela for my bikini wax and she is quick, efficient, and keeps me chatting so I don't focus on the initial discomfort of being exposed  

All in all, I am impressed with the service I have received so far and can't imagine going anywhere else! The owner has really created something so beautiful here in Louisville!

I never knew the importance of the brow until I was gifted a visit to the shop. It was my first time ever doing anything with my brows so I was very nervous. I was quickly put at ease when Jess walked me through the steps of my service. Needless to say I was blown away at the difference and will continue to come back. The shop is adorable, vibe is upbeat and I'm always met with a smile from the friendly accommodating staff. Thank you! I now understand the power of the brow!

When I first came here I was so very pleased with my service but then my aesthetician left and I was not happy with the next 2 people. Because yes, I gave them 2 chances. The first person did not listen to me at all, the second person dissed my former aesthetician and said she never put my eyebrow information into the computer when I literally watched her do it every time. That gave me weird vibes, so I'm not going back.
