Miranda did a phenomenal job on my highlights! She took the time to make sure she understood what I wanted and the results are stunning. I'm so happy with both the color and cut and look forward to returning.
If you want to go to a salon that's all about money over customer service go here. Have gone there for awhile and was never really happy with it and finally moved on. I had to pay for senior stylist and then the assistants do most of the work. Also if you have to cancel without 24 hour notice they will charge a huge fee for it. They do not show any courtesy towards their long time clients for any reason.

DL Lowry is an amazing salon to go to! The stylists are friendly and very professional. I didn't feel uncomfortable sitting in the chair and was able to have a good conversation with my stylist that flowed. I had Carie and she took care of finding the perfect color for my hair. I just wanted something to make my black hair look richer in color. She was so chill and even let my best friend sit in on the appointment with me.
I just asked for a richer black to make my hair more vibrant. I also asked for a simple blowout to really show my layers!
Upon walking in I will say that having 2 desks is a little confusing, but the front desk ladies made check in easy and relaxing. Carie had a few girls ahead of me so Elle assisted in putting the barrier cream around my head so the color wouldn't dye my skin as well as putting the formula on my hair. I had a great time sitting and chatting with my best friend while letting the color set in. With a color you get a shampoo and condition, then a blowout. This all ran me around $115 without tip which was not bad for what I got. Love my color and blowout and will see Carie again. Also
