I brought my daughter in for a children's style cornrows, the price was listed as 80.00. Her stylist was Corrine, and she was waiting on us when we arrived. I enjoyed that level of customer service. I do not expect people to tell their business when being cordial, but at least spark a conversation with your client. This girl did not, she seemed to have a attitude. I brushed it off as her having a bad day, and didn't pay it any attention. After a hour or so later, she is finished and my daughter is ready to leave the chair. I was ready to make a payment, in which I advised her that I did not have a physical card, but knew my card numbers because I was waiting on a new card.  Corrine hands me the tablet, and I proceeded to enter my card numbers manual, the price was set at 80.00. I added a tip of $5, which would have been more if there was more engagement. After leaving, I checked my statement and I was charged $102.00. I immediately contacted the boss lady, Veronica via personal email. She denies that there was a extra charge. Please do not use cash at this establishment!

I typically never negatively review businesses period.  As a former business owner I understand that negative reviews play a huge role in your businesses impression. With this said, this salon is not friendly to children who will not initially "sit still". Businesses have the right to refuse service to anyone. Hands down universal policy. However, if a business subscribes to providing service to children, they should also subscribe to customer service professionals who have a gift in RELATING to children.

This business I would not recommend for children who don't "sit still". An especial shame on any woman who has children or even related to children and has no compassion or interest in relating to a child who is afraid to receive a service.

Children have to trust the persons providing service for them. Any child walking to to a business has their own temperament and personality. It's up to the CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL, if willing to provide services to children, to make an attempt to connect to the child before refusing service.

Shame on this salon. I hope the owner reads this and either changes the policy on how old a child can be to receive a service (salon owner you may want to consider a 5yr and up policy) or apply child friendly customer training for children.

I went to this salon because I recently moved to the area and needed a new wig. I had gotten a bad batch of curly hair from a previous person and it matted so I needed something new for work. Everything was fine when I went in for my measurements. Veronica Ashley explained the difference in wigs and helped me decide which type was best for me given my limited ability to do hair of any kind. I paid for the wig. She told me to come back the next week to pick it up. The next week, I contacted her and was told that the website says 14 business days. I explained that I went by what she told me, but I would wait since it was in writing on the site. I contacted her the following week and she told me that the wig would be ready Friday. I went to the salon Friday. She put the wig on and I loved it.  The part was to wide, but she sprayed it to make the part smaller. She doesn't have options for shorter sizes on the site, so I asked for her to cut it, which she did. I would have normally gotten 14, but the site only allows 16. She asked me if it fit tight. At the time it did, of course, because I wasn't moving. Because I was measured, it didn't dawn on me to move my head, walk around a bit, and do other things before leaving. Later that afternoon (my appointment was in the am), I contacted her to tell her that the wig did not fit. It keeps rising when I moved. She told me to take the the wrap from underneath it and then if that didn't work, try to adjust it. I removed the wrap, but there is no way to adjust it because it is a cap. I texted back the next day and explained that the wig will not stay down. It keeps rising. I spend the day pulling it down because it rises. Well that was two weeks ago...No response. Thus far the hair is good. I have not washed it yet, so hopefully, it will not mat up when I do. I will say my head is lumpy from the braids underneath, which is something I am not used to. My complaint, poor customer service and since she actually measured my head herself, the wig should fit. Mistakes happen and I am ok with that but not responding is not something I would expect from a professional.

I get there she pulls baby hair out cuts the lace i tell her the bleaching is too light she ignors wat i say then sticks me under the dryer for 1HOUR which shud have only been a 20min dry. Finishes me i tell her the wig is slipping she tells me i can purchase online something to make it stay then tells me it will be 125.00 I asked for what all u did was cut lace and pull baby hair out. And my wig had a whole in it from a poor job being made.
