Well not the best service by a long shot. Though a terrific location the staff was heavy handed and rushed through my service. Just pushing for upgrades. Try another salon. I know I will next time.
Loved the service ! It was so relaxing. I received the European Pedicure. It also came with complimentary wine !!! Great way to start off my vacation!
These people are con artists. My mom and I both got a $40 pedicure, which should've lasted 40 mins, it did not. My tech was rushed because she had another client. Whatever, I was still ok with the service, until we got to the front and they charged me $65. A $40 pedicure, and $25 extra for gel polish!!!! Never ever EVERRRR have I paid that much even in "fancier" nail salons in Houston. When I questioned her she pointed to the price of an actual gel manicure which was $25 TOTAL. Again, I pointed out that she wasn't pointing to the "additional services" but the price of a gel manicure. She was even stumbling over her words, she knew she was conning us. I'm disappointed. My mom has been here multiple times, and is also a generous tipper... they saw an opportunity and ran. Disgusting.
