Diamond Nails in Alabaster, AL

Excellent service. Great attention to detail. Fabulous business hours for the working person. I won't go anywhere else. Atmosphere is pleasant and soothing. Very professional.

I wish I could give 0 stars. For starters, When I wanted a French tip pedicure the tech told me he couldn't do it because it was too short when other salons managed to do so at that length. Then he asked me over 5 times if I wanted my nails done when I said I only came for my toes. They left polish and dust on my feet. I was still nice enough to tip, and they continued to talk about why I don't want my nails done at the salon when I told them several times that I scheduled an appointment for my nails.

I got gel on my original nails. The color kept coming off. They fixed it 3 times. All 3 times it kept coming off.  Finally I went to another salon over the weekend and was very pleased with my nails.

I will never go back to this Salon.

i just moved to Alabaster and this was the first nail salon I've visited since I've been here. The customer service was completely terrible-I will never go back. i had made a reservation  prior to arriving then when I arrive the nail technician stays that it will be 15mins wait-I didn't understand since I was on time for my appointment. Another lady walks in , the nail technician ask if she had a reservation and the lady said no but I'm in a rush . I never was seen until 30mins later. They took the lady that came in after me. I will never go back!

The nail salon owner and staff are extremely rude and prejudice. One first visit the owner overlooked myself and daughter. The owner offered water to the Caucasian guest; I as an African American was not offered any water or drink.

On another attempt I was getting my nails done. Again, as the Caucasian guest we're leaving the owner sent the visitors off with a warm welcoming "have a great day" he conveyed on three times and the guest never responded back. As I paid and left he never or his staff stated have a good day, thank you. The owner took my money and gave me a receipt.

I tried this salon again, my daughter walked in and requested an eyebrow arch. She was not greeted and overlooked. The owner asked what do you want. She responded, your not going to greet me. She said eye brow arch - he pointed to the back. My daughter said no and left. Moments later I returned to the salon filled with causcasian the entire salon starred at us. I asked could I his business Id number and became aggressive asking why? I said because my daughter said you were rude. The entire salon said he wasn't rude and refused to give his business number.
