I have been a customer at Diamond Nails for over 10 years. They do the best quality of natural looking nails in this area. Try them once and you will always be a customer. I like all the nail techs so it doesn't really matter which one I get.
I had someone reccomend Status Naila to me, but they weren't going to open for another 45 minutes, so I decided to give this place a try. I went in for a pedicure. I really liked how nice the people were and the place was clean. The guy who did them did a good job. I was thinking I'd make this my go to place from now on. I asked for a tiny white flower on my big toes which I typically do. The charge on the menu card he handed me said $60, which is pretty typical for a pedicure . However, when I went to pay they charged me $82. They added $2.00 because I used a card which I was okay with, but I was not okay with charging $20 for the little white flowers. I've never been charged that much! I could see $5-10! They may think they are making more money this way, but are they really, if they are not getting my repeat business???
Waited for an hour and finally said never mind. They fill all the chairs up and then work on half the people and switch back and forth. That causes people to be in here for multiple hours. Not a good way to run a business not that they care but if you want a good fast manicure or pedicure don't waste your time here. Also probably 45 flies in here.
First time to this salon was yesterday and I will never go back. Once I was in the chair it took 45 minutes for someone to start on me. I was never asked which pedicure package I wanted. He worked on me a while then passed me off to someone else while he went and started on someone else. She polished my toes then went around all of my toes at least twice and cleaned up what the guy missed. Adding insult to injury he charged me $45. I felt disgusted and cheated. I do NOT recommend this salon.
