Tried this nail shop for the first time! Needless to say I will not be back. The person working on my nails maybe said two words to me because she was checked out and on her phone with someone the whole hour and a half that I was there. She filed my natural nails so much that I just asked for the manicure and no gel polish as I intended. The pedicure was okay they do not use a top coat on the nail before putting polish on. Also, I noticed that they do not switch out tools before using on another person. I would say this is the most unfriendly nail shop I've ever been to.
I first posted under the Alma location on Google by mistake. I have deleted as I realized the Greenwood location did not have any Google reviews. I could have given a 3 star but the nail tech was on her cell phone almost the entire time of my mani and pedi. I doubt I will go back as I felt I was keeping her from her call. My pedi was good but my two week old shellac has already peeled.
Steer clear! Worst nail salon I have ever been too! The lady doing my pedicure and full set rushed the entire time, the water in the pedicure was cold, and when I asked her to fix a finger nail she started to be very aggressive, she hurt me so many times and even straight up yelled me when I asked her to be careful. I don't have a single cuticle left, my fingers are raw. 10/10 would not recommend.
I went with my granddaughters today. We had a good time. At least there was more than one person working. Prices are good. Service was good as long as you can understand what they are saying. Seemed to talk more amongst themselves instead of us. But ok whatever. I was very happy with my nails and the design she did. But now that I'm home looking closely. I think the cuticle area needs work.
I got shellac done here and they did a good job but when i left the shellac started peeling on the edges. I also felt like she was rushing and wanted me out as soon as possible
