Sherry (a manager at this Poteau, OK store #31) refused to let me purchase 2 different disinfectants for my big rig. I explained to her that I am a trucker who cannot get into places easily and have been stopping at every location I can get my tractor-trailer into but she did not care. I even showed her my truck in the parking lot. The irony is that I am a driver who delivers paper to the plants that make toilet paper yet I can't seem to get any supplies for myself. As a trucker we aren't allowed into restrooms and most places and have to rely on filthy port-a-potties and desperately need cleaning supplies in our trucks. I feel that this lady did not care one bit, no empathy for my unique situation and was flat out rude about it. I suspect Karma will have it's day. Truck drivers are out here risking our own health to keep America moving and stock the stores yet we get no respect.
There was a cashier named Sugar and an older gentleman working the self checkout between 9:30 and 11 pm Saturday September 7th. They were both very nice and helpful. We had to stop here because of a small traveling emergency, we live more than 2 hours away. Very tired I didn't notice that my things had been rung up double until I was out of the store and my husband pointed it out. I went back in to the store and to the same person who checked the stuff and was told yes it did happen but there was nothing to be done about it until morning. I did explain that we don't live here so we wouldn't be here in the morning. A short chubby fluffy haired person I was told was a manager told me I was just out of luck, sorry. So almost 50 bucks this place stole from me. The 1 star I gave was for the 2 employees who tried and did all they could. If not for them I would have tried to find a way to give it zero
The staff at the store tries really hard to take care of a customer but their hands are tied by an incompetent company the has the worst IT department in the world.
Almost nothing shown in-stock at this store by the website is actually in the store to sell.
They would be better to pull the plug on all their servers.

I love the savings catcher, it's so nice to get money back. So far I have gotten $12.66 which was a half of a tank of gas. Thank you Walmart!!!!
