I highly recommend Haley D., esthetician at Design Team. Her facial and skin treatments are outstanding. She clearly has a keen interest in her profession and her clients' skin. Each time I see her, she's researched treatments that enhance my personal experience and results! Her treatment room is clean and comfortable. She also offers a customer loyalty program.
I went to Design Team for the first time to get my hair cut and was very pleased. Melisa took her time cutting my hair making sure that the cut was just what I wanted. Their prices were good and I will go back!

I'm not sure what salon Skye A. went to but I go to the Design Team every time I drive through Waco and the service has always been amazing. I live in Dallas and I actually wait to have my hair cut so I can get it done by the folks at Design Team. Over the years I have had cuts from almost every stylist there and never have I had a sub-standard hair-cut. The last time I went in I couldn't describe the style I wanted so I had to make the stylist watch a grainy phone video of a musician with a similar style. From that alone she managed to get the style perfectly! The staff is very courteous and professional and most of them have been cutting hair their entire lives. If you are in Waco, I strongly recommend the Design Team. I would tell Skye A to try again, but have a feeling she is probably much more comfortable getting her haircut at Wal-Mart.
