DeRiah Boutique Salon in Mequon, WI

Owner is so unbelievably rude and disrespectful and don't take any ownership in their mistakes. One of their stylists Shae did an awful job. I went in with blonde highlights with some brass in my hair and wanted highlights throughout my hair. I told her I wanted them blonde as possible and bright. I knew they wouldn't be platinum that takes a while. When she finished I had orange highlights she didn't tone my hair properly either. I told them I wasn't happy with my service at all and they said they would try to fix it. I made an appointment obviously uncomfortable not wanting my hair ruined any further. I sent them an email of pictures of what my hair looked like before the service and what it looked like after and also what I had asked for. And that I would like a refund because of what had happened. I said I wasn't comfortable with the stylist doing my hair again. No response so I called and they treated me so awfully. Such attitude and disrespect was given to me. I was told that the pictures weren't good enough. And that I will not receive a refund because it's their "policy" they don't even have it listed anywhere. The owner said well it's a learning lesson for both of us I guess. Consistent argument between them so unprofessional. I asked to talk to the owner again and she refused. I went to a different stylist the day after to have my hair fixed because I wasn't going to work with orange hair and I went to impressions to have it fixed. And the owner was pissed about that. They said a phone call would have been nice and were so rude. Thankfully impressions in Mequon fixed my hair. I attached the photos of what I asked de riah to do in detail and what I ended up getting. My boyfriend has been going there for years and won't be returning. Overall horrible experience watch out.

Great Customer Service. My daughter was able to get the hair she wanted with beautiful blond highlights. We would totally go back and recommend Shaylynn.

We went there using a groupon and was disappointed by the initial results. I called the manager who immediately set up an appointment to fix the problem. My daughter loves how her hair looks now and I appreciated the good customer service. We will definitely go back there again and ask for Danielle.

Consistently happy with service. We have had three of our daughters and bridesmaids have their hair and makeup done for their weddings. It feels good when you know you will walk out of the door with a good cut and/or color every time.

The service here is incredibly wonderful. I've been going here a few years now, always with the same stylist--Shay. Not only is she sweet, but she does her job well and with extreme caution in care. At one point, I went in for a regular trim and decided to shake it up with some bangs. I wasn't sure how they would look, in all honesty, but regardless Shay did layers of bangs to make sure she got everything even, and even style them in a way where I could have them going one way or the other, or even just normal. Not only that, all the stylists are professional and kind, and always double or even triple check what you want before they start working. They have a patience that exceeds even some of the mothers I know. I highly recommend this salon, it is worth your time and leaves you feeling like you're walking on air when you leave.
