I really wanted to support the new owners. I've been several times and am simply not satisfied. First of all, the price changes depending on which technician you get. Not the posted price. Also, forget bothering to call for an appointment. It will not be honored. Not one time. Today I came at my scheduled time, and not only was I not greeted by ANYONE, I waited a half hour and I left. I understand and appreciate hard work and different cultures, but if CPS ever poked their head in that business and saw that small child crawling around on the floor, the might get involved. It's almost child abuse. There are so many options in Mequon alone. Why wouldn't they try harder to keep loyal customers?

Oh my goodness the owners are incredible! I stopped in on Sunday to get my nails done. I had been running on 6 hours of sleep in two days. I had just driven 3 1/2 hrs to get back to Mequon. My mom was in hospice a week and I had been with her 24/7 For a month so In other words I was exhausted. I went to relax and get a dip and pedicure and upon leaving I left my wallet on the counter. I hadn't noticed it missing until three days later. I called Top Nails from the funeral home and yes they had it. They attempted to deliver it to my home but I wasn't there. No phone number inside etc. I was so thrilled to get it back. They all gave me a hug when I left We are so lucky to have such good honest talented people in business in our community. They are the best and their new business is beautiful!
First time here in about one year. New owners, completely remodeled interior! Very clean. Tech did a great job on my nails, took time to make sure everything was perfect. Will definitely be back for my fill in a couple weeks!
