I walked in on Saturday for a manicure (gel to be removed) and a basic pedicure (regular nail polish to be removed).  Both services regular polish--no gel or dip.  The total for services was $75-  I typically pay $70 in The NAshville area.  The man who completed my service ground off my previous nail polish, even on my feet which was not gel.  I jumped more than once and said ow but he continued.   The callouses in my feet were not buffed off, barely pumiced at all.  All it was was a glorified polish change.   During the calf massage it was too much pressure and I pulled back and said ow.  Today I have bruises on my calves.    I won't return!

Have only been in the area for a year. I always got a gel manicure and pedicure where I had previously lived so I knew what to expect. This salon is large and clean.
When I entered the owner/manager told me to take a sit at one of the pedicure chairs and in a few minutes a male tech came over. He spoke very little English but he knew what I wanted.  My main concern was the cleanliness of the equipment used.  I noted that all utensils were previously sterilized and only a rough pad was used on my heels; no razor.
I did not do my due diligence before I went so I blame myself for the exorbitant cost.  During the predicure the tech motioned to a small container that I assumed was lotion that had always been used on my legs, so I said yes. (later learned it was sea salt) He took his time and did a good job.
I have a problem with the prices not being posted or quoted beforehand.
I thought I was getting a regular pedicure, but it turned out that it was the Spa Pedicure for $60.00 plus tip.
If I return, I will definitely make it known that all I want is a basic pedicure.

I went to get a pedicure and a new acrylic set. the pedicure was okay but when it was time to get my nails done I had the most horrific experience eve. I had to argue with the nail tech about getting a new set and not a fill in, she drilled my nails off which is not what I wanted, I wanted them soaked. I did not have tips i have naturally long nails. she filed one of my nails down so short that I have to cut my real nail. she also broke all of my other nails causing me to cut all of my nails. when I asked for another nail tech the owner stated that he would do mine but I would have to wait an additional 30-45 mins in addition to the 2.5 hours I had already waited to get my toes done. I got a basic pedicure with normal polish. that took over an hour and my toes are messed up because I had to leave to get my nails done and they didn't have anymore pedicure shoes. so I paid for a pedicure that last 2 minute. I would not recommend this salon to anyone not even the dead I will not be going back there ever again

Not bad. Very clean salon with nice people working there. It seems a little pricey, but they do a good job. I'd probably use them again.

First of all, I was never told a price in advance. I assumed that this nail shop would be like most others -- to change nail polish is normally $10.  So for my fingers and toes, I was expecting to pay about $20.  I was a walk-in during the day on Tuesday.  They were not overly busy and had a couple techs sitting outside. The older woman who did my nails was nice enough, I told her that I was out of work and had a job interview the next day.  She did my nails first and then my toes.  This is the only time I have ever had someone filing my nails AFTER they had polished them and she sprayed them with alcohol too. While she was doing my toes, I was noticing how the fingers did not even look shiny.  So she applied another top coat.  The real kicker came when she told me at the end that it would be $60 -- I didn't even have a manicure or a pedicure and she wanted $60.  No, I am not kidding.  It was less than a week later that the gel nail polish came off my thumb when I took a pair of rubber gloves off and then it started to peel right off my fingers.  Gel nail polish is normally indestructable and you have spend a lot of time soaking to get it off.  So the fact that it was easily peeling right off speaks volumes that she did not do it right.  But that is not even the worst of it. They refused to make it right.  SO Buyer Beware at this place.  At the very minimum, ask how much everything will be up front.  As for me, NEVER AGAIN -- I will spend the premium gas and go to the shop over in Manchester by the Walmart.  I figure even with the gas, I still would have come out ahead and had better looking nails with them.  I should have never even tried Deluxe Nails.  The only thing Deluxe was the price.  And again, I did not have a manicure or pedicure, they just changed my polish and the gel polish stayed on for less than 7 days. It was highway robbery.
