Daysi's amazing and knows how to work w pretty much every kind of hair which is something that is rare to find in a hair dresser. I'm Italian and African amarrjxsn and have very tight curls but they are also semi straight I straighten my hair often and when it's straight it passes the center of my torso (I am 5'7") and have a long ish torso and long legs anyways I have struggled for years to find someone who can tame this mane of hair I be living with on my head oh and my hair is also extremely thick and acquires split ends very easily and rapidly and breaks off so I overalls have mixed biracial hair that can be a pain in the f*****g butt to deal with. Fortunately when I was in middle school nearly 13 or maybe more or less years ago my best friend introduced me to daysi and from then on I have happily never allowed or wasted my time going to any other hair salon unless I absolutely had no choice Dasyi just knows how to work with my hair cut it take care of it what products to use etc the list goes on and on and she just knows what she's doing and knows how to treat and care for all kinds of hair and understands how to style and help her clients become educated on how to care for their specific hair. Over time she has integrated other services into her beauty parlor which I have yet to fully explore snd experience such as brows, lashes, waxing, extensions, threading etc. I have been dying to get a karetine treat ment done on my hair and finally I'm going to do it and I shall share my experience with y'all this has been a long time needed and wanted hair treatment I have been putting off getting done but I have impulsively told myself no better time then the present so I'm bout to call and schedule and am so excited and can't wait to share my experience which I can only imagine is going to be wonderful. I was very pleased and satisfied with the foil application on my short hair. I saw her foil application on another client with long hair, it was subtlety blended, looking very natural. This is not some trendy, tricked-out salon, rather a down to earth, comfortable salon. Daysi is very easy to talk with; she's professional (a graduate of the Gene Juarez school); she respects silence vs. constant chatter; she will give her full attention to just one client instead of stacking multiples. The location is easy for Metro Rapid Ride, #21, or street parking. The prices are so fair I'm happy to give a generous tip for a woman that is such a positive person, a hard worker.

I visited Daysi's last week and the owner gave me a fantastic hair cut. It was so comfortable and easy to be there- and she was very conscientious about Covid-19 safety. It's only one customer in the shop at a time and very clean. Also- the haircut was only $30! I'm really happy to have found a new salon.

Daysi is the best. She always knows what I need to make me look my best. I can always get an appointment- especially through her website. I have thick, course and she always takes my locks!
