Even though they had never done underneath of nails they tried anyway and did an amazing job! Came in last minute and they squeezed me in
I went to get my nails done on friday july 26th 2019. I wanted a pink and white fill. The guy was the one that helped me. He took 2 hours to do my nails. He burned 2 of my fingers with the dremmel and my nails looked like a four year old did them. They so fucked up. He charged me $60. After going home and feeling more and more upset about it i decided to go back the next day to get my money back. When i got there the woman called the guy in to come talk to me and i told him i was very unhappy and wanted my money back and he said he would do my nails again but i said no i want my money back. He got upset and got out some clippers and proceded to grab my hand and cut my nails off. I pulled my hand away and said what are you doing. He told me if i dont pay he needed to cut my nails off. He then continued to cut my nails and also clipped my skin and was very rough. I got my money back but i will be going to the police for assault because if im not satisfied as a customer he does not have thdme right to touch me ot cut anything off of me. I will attach pictures of what he did to my nails and my fingers. I will never go back to them. They do a horrible job and are not concerned about good customer service at all or if we are happy or satisfied.
The man that works there is very nice . Unfortunately my nails are not ... took over a hr for a gel polish change and regular polish change on toes ! I hate to give them a bad review perhaps it was an off day but. Pricy for what I received and I'm going to have to go somewhere else to fix my nails. Literally just so bad

I went and they did not anybody there but the lady was trying to go really fast. She left my acrylic nails all uneven and bumpy. I will never go there again. Also I noticed that they use their tools on every single person. That is not safe for the costumers. Fungus and diseases can pass on. My nails were so thin my thump nail broke off the next day. When I went back to get it fixed, i was waiting while my broken nail soaked in nail polish recover and she sat there and started doing her nails with the same tools as she used on me. Don't come here. Waste of money for crappy nails. Also my nails polished had little bubbles on it and it looked horrible.
