Extremely unprofessional. I would not do services with them again. They cancelled my bridal hair contract without anyone calling me. No one told me anything and they did not email/call me with any information. Horrible customer service. Spoke with the manager and they were not helpful at all.

We were planning to use them for bridal hair, make up, and nails. They did a practice run and we signed a contract. Less than 3 weeks prior to the wedding, we called to ask about a schedule for the event and they told us they had canceled our event. They claimed they had been trying to get a hold of us for months as they would be unable to do nails. The correct number was listed on the contract, but we never received any phone calls or emails from them. They left us in a huge bind scrambling to find a new stylist at the last minute. They are not reliable.

I've been going to this Salon for more than 2 years. The stylists are very good and reasonably priced. Every one is warm and friendly--the friendliest salon I've been to in many years. Their COVID procedures are also excellent. I feel very safe.

I recently had a terrible experience at this salon but what was worse was how it was handled. I was treated terribly by the staff and owner. The owner took over a week to return my calls and when she did she never apologized once, she was extremely rude, condescending and actually blamed me for the poor experience. Not a business I would want to support.

Received a very generous gift card from my family for this establishment and used several times for the nail services. About the fourth visit in my shellac manicure was chipping on several fingers after a few days and when I called to see if I could come in for repairs the person that answered the phone abruptly told me they were booked up and there was nothing they could do. Did not offer to take my name or offer another day. When I said I guess I would need to find another salon she basically agreed and hung up. Giving them the benefit of the doubt having a person answering the phones with basically no customer service skill set I sent an email and never received a response. My family felt bad thinking they gave a well intentioned gift I could make good use of and left me angry that I still have money left on this card I can't get refunded.
