Got mani/pedi. Courteous, thorough, job well done. Took 3 hours but my fingers and toes look great.
I was in Walmart and I decided to stop by here to get my nails done. I was greeted by a very nice lady who told me to pick my color. I was seated in 5 minutes. I wanted the nail extensions on my nails but she told me my nails were beautiful the length they were and suggested I get the powder on my natural nail. She was very respectful and everything was very sanitary which is important to me. I chose a very light color and she said it wouldn't show up good so she suggested a glitter pink. She drilled my nails and she was so gentle with the drill I barely felt it. My nails came out beautiful. I will come back here for sure in the future.

I've always had a good experience here. Mrs.Lee and her staff are so nice and very professional. Gets busy sometimes you may want to call ahead to see if they can fit you in or schedule appt.
If I could give them a MINUS -10 I would. It is hard to believe the owner of this nail salon has no clue what customer service or loyalty mean in business. After going there for a few years, I have been very disappointed on two prior occasions, and today's was the last time I will give my hard earned dollars to someone who does not appreciate a true customer. First I will say it was the worst pedicure I have ever gotten, the girl obviously had no idea what she was doing, I sat on the chair for two whole hours, yes for one pedicure, after messing up my nails, the owner step in to try and correct the poor job that was done, and if that was not the worst, she made me pay for correcting their error and was offended that I did I not leave a bigger tip, word to the wise, I will never, ever, ever go back to this place. With more competition opening nail places all around the area, I would suggest to the lady owner, she takes a course on customer service and appreciation! There work has never been that great, but because they were local, wet though we would support a local business, well no more. Word to the wise, look at other options, before you end there.
