They do a great job on nails. But everywhere online it says that they open at 10:00 and I've been here waiting since 10:00 I took off work to get my nails done. And they're not here. The word is that they come in at random times. That doesn't work for me I have a very tight schedule.

well, I call to make and appointment and the girl was extremely rude! she even hang up on me when I asked for the prices of the services I already supposed to booked (she didn't even ask my name either. I called again and asked again for the prices and she just laughed and said they have the lost of services with prices at the front that I should go see it.
I don't even need to go!!!! if the service over the phone is rude like that I don't want to imagine how terrible their job is if they are bidding their prices.
Da Vi nails should check the personal before they hand out the phone to them.
I still cannot believe the way she treated me over the phone just for asking the information is clearly hidden: prices!. Unacceptable

I'm a regular, loyal customer who has been going here for fills, full sets, manicures and pedicures for years. Amy and Tom are an admirable couple who have always done an amazing job on my nails, ...but more than that, they're just great human beings who work really hard and care about the satisfaction of their customers. If every satisfied customer were to take the time to write a review, it would show a truer reflection of the quality of this business and the services they offer.

Clean facility. Walked right in a got started right away without appointment. This was my daughters 1st experience getting her nails done professionally. Prices were affordable compared to other places and the staff was very sweet and kind. I can sense that it's not high end nails, so perhaps it's not for nail snobs. But my kid loved it and it was a good experience.

I went in and asked for a manicure and clear gel. I asked for gel because at every other place I have had my nails done the gel turns hard and protects my fragile nails. I told the lady doing my nails that I did NOT want my nails cut short. She then cut 8 of my nails short and the other two VERY short. She left one nail edge quite rugged which caused the nail to tear off the next day even shorter. She just did everything so fast without much care. My nails are not shaped well. I am so ticked that my nails are so short. It is such a tricky thing for me to get my nails even medium length and after having accomplished that she just cut them all off. The light machine that I had to put my hand in to set the polish was really dirty and gross. There were several dirty things in the shop. Then in the next few days 2 more nails tore off. This has NEVER happened any other time I have gotten gel polish applied. This polish isn't strong like gel therefore I concluded that it is not gel polish. What a sham! I will NEVER go back. I wish there was an option to give ZERO stars.
