I get sat down with July even though I was supposed to be with Helen. I asked for a coffin shape. Her application was quick, and she made super the color and decorations were precise to the picture. However, the end product details weren't all that great. My pinky nail was crooked, my nails were uneven, the thumbs were not even close in shape or size, the texture was bumpy, and there was air bubbles in the clear top coat. That ended up being $70. I didn't have the time to complain about it because I was already frustrated from being sent to another place, and then I was behind on other appointment. Fast forward two weeks, my nails are lifting really bad. Anytime I touched my hair, it would pull through on the back of my nails as if they were two fills aged.
I will never go back here again! The girl made my nails bulky. I hate them! I went to take them off and they came right off! I went back and the heffas started speaking in their language and thought it was funny! I'm sorry, I can't do Asian people anymore! I want a white, black or Latina to work on my nails. I do not like stares, poor customer service and they no speak English and laughing in their language. I am sorry if this post sounds racist but I can't anymore.
Not a bad little nail shop, especially for small town Oklahoma! Good color selection, ease of setting an appointment, clean salon and very friendly staff.
My only complaint is that my tech didn't do an A+ job on my gel manicure. She could have gotten a lot closer to the cuticles which makes me wanna pull my hair out. I love getting my nails done but I still wanna be budget conscious. I have to go back more frequently for a full when they do this and I don't like spending my paycheck unnecessarily!
Other than that small issue would highly recommend if you're in Ada!
Very pleased! Great massage during pedicure. They do a great job with callus removal during the sea salt pedicure. Very pretty salon and also seems nice and clean. Huge selection of color and friendly staff. My friend that lives here goes regularly and loves it. Great experience for me.
