The worst salon I've ever been too. The stylist did lowlights and highlights that I asked for when I called to make an appointment. When I sat down in her chair she never asked me what I wanted as far as color done. She damaged my hair, and the lowlights are an orange color. Whatever she used On my hair will not tone to look at least half way right. And she damaged my hair. She shouldn't be doing hair at all. If I owned the salon, I would get rid of this person who calls herself a stylist. You've got to be joking.
I have been hesitant to try any of the salons in town since I have moved back, but decided to give Da Capo a try. I used the online booking system and chose Jackie. I explained in the notes my hopes for a cut and style and upon arrival shared pictures of previous layered cut and other options I was hoping may work for me, especially as I have zero home hair style/talent. I was ready to cut a lot of length off and Jackie delivered a cute edgy cut. It feels healthy and looks great! I booked a second apt for cut/color without hesitation and look forward to the next appointment! Thank you Jackie!
Araceli was the best! I haven't had a regular hairdresser since moving back to Chico 6 years ago. I don't get my hair cut often so I normally try new hair dressers until I find one that can work with my hair better. I have curly hair and rarely get haircut I ask for because the hair dresser doesn't style my hair the way I would normally do it. When I try to style at home, just looks like a mess. I normally have to go back and have them adjust it. Araceli was really great about styling my hair the way I would so when I was home I could get the same results. It was exactly what I needed and I will definitely be going back.
Amazing service with Allison, desperately needed a trim on my curly hair, Allison not only trimmed my hair perfectly, but even showed me a new way to style it and preserve my curl. The salon is beautiful, too. Will definitely be coming back!
What a wonderful experience! We weren't sure if we'd get in because we didn't have an appointment but we were able to walk in and get started right away! The stylist was very professional, efficient, and kind and she executed the style I asked for perfectly in no time! It was overall a very relaxing experience and it was cheaper than other locations too! Definitely returning! Thank you Da Capo!!
