I've gotten my hair highlighted there 3 times. I just took a chance on them since they are nearby, and I thought their price seemed reasonable ($100). The first time a young girl did my hair, but the highlights were kind of uneven so the owner redid the whole thing (I didn't ask for that) and charged me an additional $50. I went back in 2 months later and asked for the owner to do it. I explained that I wanted more blonde this time and I showed her a picture. It ended up looking the same. It looked nice, don't get me wrong, but it wasn't what I wanted. A few weeks later I got a 10% off card, so I figured I'd give them one more chance. I picked up chucks of my hair and told her that this was how much I wanted hilighted. I wanted it to look chunky, and it seemed like she understood this time. Well this is how it turned out. Then when she was done she started trimming the back.i never got it cut and I told her that I didn't want it cut this time. She said she was just trimming the ends and then I saw about an inch being taken off the middle! I don't know what she was doing but it looks thin now, and I already have flat thin hair. It looks awful. So i get to the register and she charged me $30 for a haircut I didn't want, and it looked worse since I was trying to grow it out.
