I got my nails done here for the first time now I have this big bubble poking out from inside my cuticle area (center) I have no idea what it is it hurts so bad from the tip of my finger I have no feeling & up,down through my hand in the same finger (ring finger). & mind you I don't get my nails done much my thumb looked the same it was a big bubble as well & I literally lost my nail my thumb looked like the first photo with the same bubble poking out that went away on it's own now I just don't have no nail whatsoever. When getting a fill or nails removed I RECOMMEND getting them removed carefully elsewhere this is the first time I have had a incident in 26 years like this from a nail salon it's the most pain ever you can't do much because u need your hands to do everything. & I'm left handed it's affecting my life & I have 3 kids . Work like this is unacceptable & irresponsible!!! This place is ZERO stars for me . I went to the hospital & urgent care twice this week ! Now getting seen again for the second attempt I'm going to get hand surgery this is serious this issue won't go away it's affecting a person LIFE . Not worth getting it here .

It was my 1st time coming here and i asked for a lavender ombre with a picture on my phone and the lady painted my whole nail purple i thought she knew what she was doing so i didnt say anything until she said we're done i told her "this is not what i asked for" and her husband came out and called me a "indian" because i didn't want to pay for what i did not ask for .
I came here for a pink French tip and I swear the woman working there did not know what she was doing! Over the phone she had told me 35 and then when I came into confirm the price she switched it up to 40. When I told her what they quoted me on the phone she said "we'll discount you for today"? The French tip was super uneven. When she proceeded to put the pink clear coat for the French tip she dabbed it on beneath the French tip instead of painting a full coat? She also left nail polish on the side of my finger and when I proceeded to point it out she cleaned up only part of it with acetone and left the majority of it on! On top of that the gel only lasted about a week and a half :( go to nails on g st they're really good
