I brought my car to D & S for a minor collision repair. I used them because my insurance guaranteed their work. I admit I was getting impatient as it seemed to be taking longer than I thought it should. however, when I got my car back it looked perfect! The repair was not only fixed but the inside of my car was immaculate! It looked as if it were detailed. They did a great job!

As a yelper i frequently forget that Yelp should be used for reviewing all businesses not just restaurants. I purchased a new truck and after much deliberation I decided to get a spray in bed liner. Naturally I did quite a bit of research and while I preferred to get one from the factory I found a much better solution in d&s automotive. I learned quite a bit about spraying bedliners there are pros and cons and certainly have its share of detractors. But Anthony at DNS did a good job of educating me and certainly the price point was within the budget of what I wanted to spend. The two main spray in bedliners I was considering were rhino and Line-X. Well generally they do the same thing what I found was rhino lining which is sold and serviced by d&s is simply one product. No difference in color thickness or options or add-ins. Line-X which I'm certain has its fans gives you the option to add in ultraviolet protection certain thicknesses they can even tint the lining so if you're a fancy fellow that wanted a red line x sprayed in you could do that. But it also added in to the price as well. Generally DNS sprays in your rhino lining and mine cost me out the door $580 with tax. This is my first pickup truck and I don't like stuff sliding around in the back of the truck and this textured surface will certainly limit that. The quality of the work that they did was surprisingly good. There was no overspray or thin spots and I couldn't find anything to get upset about not that I was looking to get upset but they did a really good job and I'm very pleased with the outcome.

I brought my car because of a noise that occurred only occasionally. I had already been to the dealer and another private repair shop, neither of whom diagnosed the problem. Mark discovered the problem within minutes.

What a terrible place. Nobody knows what they are doing and nobody is making sure things are getting done right. Manager is terrible and clueless. They don't guarantee anything or call back. First when truck was done, no license plate and wrong bumper so I had no lights. Picked up again and has mechanical issues from accident as when hit bump the truck bounces left. Brought it back they had some kid ride with me and they said they would fix it. No fix only kept another week. Still same problem, when I pick up same kid was there and I asked if things are good and did you drive. He says no clue. What a joke. In the meantime I had the manager give me a quote for a another vehicle that had a ding in the tailgate. Manager Pedro says this is a two part quote as it will be more when we get working on it. Wrong business bud if you get the exact quote for a ding on a tailgate. Manager is clueless and he passes it on down. Picked up truck yesterday and they will not call back. Place is terrible.
