They are very rude, ignored me when I was waiting, taking others before me or telling me to come back later. They talk in their language the whole time I do get waited on. There is not any reason to be so arrogant. I wont ever go back to them.
Alway love my nails when I leave. It's a quiet place to enjoy for an hour. Staff are friendly and sanitize properly. The big shield between you is assuring during this pandemic. Happy New Year to them and hope for a very prosperous year!
This place is a dump. Dirty, messy. Expense for the quality. Pedicure $28. Was the quickest worst pedicure in my life. Took the guy 25 minutes. I am under the impression the leg massage is less than 30 seconds by their standards here. Nail polish was untidied, sloppily left on my skin. The nail tech did not offer to trim or file my nails. Just awful service.
I've been going to this nail salon for about 6 months now since switching from my old one. I am VERY picky about my nails from growing up in north jersey so when I saw thier work I decided to try them out. Jen is the only one I will go to. She is patient and detailed and even when there is a line of people she wont rush and do a crappy job like other salons. She also does exactly what I want, exactly how I want it with my nail shapes and designs. Im very pleased with her. The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because about 2 weeks ago Jen went on vacation and I had to get my nails filled during that time. Well, theres another lady with glasses that works there and so I called and set an appt with her earlier in the day. When I got there, it was pretty busy but I had an appt so i thought it would go quickly. Boy, was I wrong. There were SEVERAL people that walked in after me that she took before me! I was so pissed off, she kept looking at me like she was doing it on purpose. Finally, she told me to sit at a chair and then she still did at least 3 other people before she even started my nails. Smh, she really irritated me that day. I will NEVER let her work on me ever again! Jen is the only reason I continue to go here. She is the best in the Bridgeville/Seaford area.
The worst service ever...this is the second time I have gone in and the owner refused to see me. Told me she was busy when she only had one person that she was working on and no one waiting. There have been times I have gone in and she has ignored me and taken others before me. I go there often because it is the closest nail salon to where I live. Today was my breaking point I will not be returning!
