Went here to have my pedicure and refill but ended up needing my acrylic nails removed. The wait was a bit long but there were busy at that time. The individual that did my pedi and nails was very nice. She was able to do my nails how I was imagining them. She did my round nails has requested where other places refuse because I always get them short. I was pleased with my natural look nail dip. Had many complements. Pricing was a bit steep though, I want to say it was maybe because of the removal of the previous nails. I really loved the nail dip results so will definitely consider returning.
I was excited to get a manicure before the holidays. I went in for a shellac manicure. While a lady began to prep my nails, I declined my cuticles being cut. She promptly got up and left without a word. The man who was prepping my sister's nails hopped over to start painting my nails leaving my sister with her hands wrapped in foil for 30 minutes. He quickly painted my nails leaving them looking sloppy. The manager, who was working on a client next to me, finished and was sitting at the computer with my sister still sitting in her chair with foil on her hands. She asked him if he could take the foil off and he hesitantly said yes, but then didn't continue working on her nails, and continued to leave her waiting. I was completely unsatisfied with my nails because the edges weren't clean and bumpy. Very strange. I've never had such an unpleasant experience. I understand everyone is trying their best but this was just the worst.

I love my nails! I had to wait but the service was great! They give you water with lemon while you are getting a pedicure. Then the full set I got was perfect exactly what I wanted, and it was not even my idea it was the nail technician!
