Horrible quality, horrible attitude from the nail technician (man) .
I was there for a gel fill and had called 5 minutes before I arrived.
The man who answered my call is the same as who did my nails and then he acted mad that I showed up ???
I don't understand why he would do this to my hands. He said 35$ on the phone and somehow I paid 65$ for these ugly things .

What a friendly place! I've tried a few nail salons in Rogers. All ok, but none that matched the quality of my local place in STL. I was super impressed with the time and patience Michael spent on my dip manicure. He's a perfectionist. I enjoyed the banter between the technicians and customers, and felt right at home. I'll be back!
Excellent massage and pedicure. Worked on my callouses and frequently asked me if was okay. He didn't want to hurt me. Very clean. Nice couple who didn't have a huge language barrier in communication. Will go back.
Such a delight after a terrible experience at another salon. Pleasantly surprised by this place; very clean and staff was so nice and personable. LT did an impeccable job on my toes, stopping several times to ask if everything was to my liking. Awesome massage on my feet and calves. It was also very clean. We live in Eureka Springs and I'll come back while running errands in town. Not a fancy location, but great experience all the same. Thumbs up.
i think the pictures speak for themselves. i was able to get a refund and the nails chopped off after arguing with staff, where they got other customers involved asking them to tell me the nails were good. i don't get my nails done often, so it was a big deal for me to spend $60 on a full set. the first picture is what i wanted, the middle pictures is what i got, and the last is how Tina's Fancy Nails redid the design for me the next day. while i appreciate them giving me a refund, i don't want anyone else spending that amount of money for subpar nails.
