I was scammed by this place as well. I purchased a Keratin treatment from Groupon and it was the biggest mistake. Ever hear of the phrase "BAIT AND SWITCH" that is exactly what happened here and if they don't get it together they will never see these new customers come back or recommend anyone. They need to rethink how they want this to play out a little better. First let me say, they are completely UNORGANIZED and I don't know if they play stupid or are just stupid. They forgot to charge me the "OVERAGES" on the product and had the AUDACITY to call me after I left and apologize for not charging and to please call back with my authorization for the ALLEGED 60 dollars I went over. Which by the way I did NOT authorize. In order to tip the lady they had to charge me a dollar and I tipped higher than I normally would so of course do you think these SCAMMERS called to adjust the tip and work with me? Of course they didn't. They are disgusting and I was going to recommend this place and now I tell people what a scam they are. Honestly, for this price I could use my own hair person I don't need this dump to do a keratin treatment. BAIT AND SWITCH

Buyer beware!!,, I bought a Groupn for a Keratin treatment when I called for an appointment 3 days prior to expiration I was told they had no availability and would not honor my groupon after the expiration date. Then they tried to tell me if I scheduled an appointment they would "work" with me meaning I can pay 200!!!! Stay away hair salons are a dime a dozen you don't need this one

I would select no stars but it does not allow no stars. This is the worst salon (business) I have ever been to. They are sneaky and fraudulent. I purchased a group on for $99 for a keratin treatment. There was no fine print on the groupon pertaining to additional fees. I didn't even sit in the waiting area before the slimy manager redeemed my groupon and then comes over to me to try to sell me that there's an additional special going on that they would only charge me an additional $125. I said no thank you I will keep what I have. Then Nicole comes and introduces herself as the hairstylist who will be doing my hair. I sit in her chair and within 30 seconds she tells me my hair is so long ( a little longer then shoulder length) and there would be an additional charge. I told her that the groupon didn't specify additional charges for longer hair. She said I think it did. I told her I know for a fact it didn't and that was the reason why I purchased it. She called over the manager ( same slimy guy from the front desk) and he preceded to tell me that they don't have to put the additional charges in the fine print and I told him yes you do. You can not charge a customer more than on the groupon. So needless to say the worst management let a potential furture customer walk out of the salon for $20. I contacted Groupon as soon as I left and received a full refund. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them as well. Sneaky and Shady business. STAY AWAY!!!

I have been meaning to yelp about this place ever since I visited in August. For years I have been going to high-end salons in Manhattan and recently decided to start frequenting local businesses in my neighborhood so I took a chance going to this place for a simple haircut since it is close to me and the reviews looked good The salon is filthy and the floor is full of unswept hair. I was taken to a chair to wait. The salon was practically empty, only one older lady getting extentions done by a poorly dressed stylist. There was no action on the floor, another lady was sitting next to me waiting as well. I waited for about 30 minutes before someone came over to wash my hair. The sink was disgusting, I should have walked out right then. It was dirty and full of long hairs, I had to ask the shampoo girl to clean it before I would sit down. She did so reluctantly and said "that's not supposed to be my job, but I'll clean it for you." Gee thanks. I get my hair washed and then wait again. Waiting waiting waiting. In saunters my stylist, with her beverage in hand. Ordinarily I don't mind waiting a bit for my stylist, especially if she's busy with another customer. If a stylist is running behind it at least shows that they care to to take their time meeting their clients needs and as long as I've been offered a cup of tea and a magazine I'm happy to wait. This was not the case, she was obviously coming in from a break which means she was deliberately late to my appointment. Not cool. Oh and no tea or magazine in sight, nobody even came by to tell me how long the wait would be. I wanted to take a few inches off my hair and to maintain the general shape of my previous haircut which had layers. my stylist was pleasant and nice during the cut but I was surprised that she wasn't periodically checking that the sides were even. Once I got home I realized that one side was longer than the other. I've been growing it out since and I will not be returning to this salon. When I go to a salon I am looking to be greeted kindly, and see a clean salon run by professionals. My ideal salon experience is a busy bustling salon in a stylish and fashionable atmosphere. I want to leave feeling beautiful and pampered, I admit it. This place was a little sad, I could have paid $20 more and gone to a top notch salon in the city. I left feeling not as pretty as I looked going in and feeling ripped off. Not only am I never going to this salon again but I have taken the time to spread the word about it. This was awful
