Just had my hair butchered, not cut, by Bee today. I am in tears over what she did to my hair. The"layers" are one row where she cut a chunk out of my hair in the back that is so bad I don't know how it can be fixed without cutting it off short. I am sick to my stomach. Stay away. I saw her station was dirty and a mess which shows her level of professionalism so I should have known then. She curled it so I didn't see what she had done until I got home. I just can't believe she didn't do this to my hair on purpose because no professional stylist would cut hair this badly. I would not even give 1 star if I could.

She washes and cuts an inch of my hair. Hello?! What about my layers? Lady- oh they are still there. Me- yeah are you going to cut them? No they don't need to be cut. Paid $25.00 returned to work with 1in less of my hair length and wet hair!
