Has to be the worst business I have ever been to. I went in for just a trim and walked butchered and cut so bad I had to go home and shave my beard and hair (it was THAT BAD) I actually felt like I should have called 911. I felt violated.
Not happy. What I asked for and what I got was vastly different. My hair was past my shoulders. I asked for an a line shattered bob and showed a pic. It was cut in a blunt bob just below chin length, all the same length. I said wow that's so short in front and she said she knew what she was doing because she has been cutting hair for a while. She seemed really angry I said I didn't want to her to cut my hair angry. She wanted to put the layers in but I was scared for her to mess it up further. She said I didn't have to pay. I tried this location because the reviews were ok. I took my 3 boys there. I was only ok with 1 of the cuts. The other two were too short and butchered. My oldest son is so upset with me because he loved his long hair. I asked her to leave it long because he loves it, just clean up the sides. I will post pictures below. It's awful. We tried the cuts by us on Gateway by Walmart before this and they were just as bad. Expensive for such amateur haircuts. I spent $50 for 3 boys.
I went in Tuesday the 21st of May to see about getting both my girls hair highlighted before school graduation and to my disammay both girls were fit in immediately where all other salons said not a chance. So grateful to Ms. Tina for taking care of my babies. Would recommend to any and everyone
Worst customer service I've experienced in a while! None of the women in there act like they care. I was the only person in there and they still made me wait so they could talk. All of the staff were dressed sloppy and they didn't even bother to fix their own hair! I was not happy with the haircut itself either. They didn't even bother to blow dry my hair when I left. DO NOT GO HERE! You get what you pay for. It's not worth it.
