I visited this place for my toddler's haircut. The hairstylist was rude. She didn't make my child comfortable at all. No smile no hi hello. The owner was the hairstylist
We booked the baby's first appointment so we expected the stylist to know what's included in that and not have to remind several times about the picture, certificate, or first lock of hair which ended up being a baggie of hair she picked up off the floor and was mixed with previous clients hair...gross. The stylist showed up 10 minutes late to our appointment and then said nothing about it. You could tell she wasn't prepared and was rushing through the appointment. I asked for a trim on my daughters hair, which she did, but missed the frame pieces around her face. I'd had higher hopes for my daughters first haircut being special, just really disappointed.
Glad I found this spot on yelp. I made an appointment on their website. The business is clean and has toys for the kiddos to play with while they wait for their cut. We had Christina as our stylist. She was so great at her job. She took time to show our 20 month old the clippers and comb. She was super quick and efficient. I also signed up for the first haircut package and got a cute picture of my son that they printed out for us. Great place. We will definitely be back
