Cutie Nails & Spa | Nail salon 89147 in Las Vegas, NV

I went to have my feet and hands done and as I put my feet up the girl said.. oh you have rat dropping in your shoe..I was like what?? No. There was something white and fussy on my foot.. she then said..oh..it must be roach eggs...
I was super embarrassed as I don't have roaches or rats in my house. She then cut me with the clipper and I told her I was done. She then wanted $10.
After I put my glasses on,I could see that it was from the white sticker inside my shoe...
What a horrible experience

Came from out of town & needed a quick pedicure. Found this spot & I don't regret it! She got me in & out super fast on a Friday & still did an amazing job on my toes. Don't remember her name but could possibly be Kim!

REVIEW! I wanted to find a place that I could go to as my usual GO-TO since it's been ages since I've done my nails. I called and made an appt for a basic pedi and full set. When I got there the AC was already down and it was about 108 degrees today. AC being down obviously wasn't there fault but it led to an unpleasant visit. I had my pedi first and it was a fairly decent pedi, no complaints for that. Then I was ushered to the another nail tech for my hands. At first I sat there and she asked very little from me. At one point when she placed on the nail tips, I asked if she could make sure the acrylic could be thin because I don't like bulky nails. She paused, looked at me and didn't say a word. Ok awkward. She was rushing through my nails so fast, that she finished before the two ladies beside me that were there before I sat down. I wasn't even asked if I liked my shape, she just started slapping the gel polish on. Normally I would just move on to another location and not think anything of it . My nails tips were placed poorly! They look like they're lifting from the nails and all of them are unevenly filed. The paint job was terrible! I wanted to cry when I left. I'm a very good tipper. Normally a 20% and higher on services. And I'm very easy going when it comes to my nails. What led me to write this review is because when I paid, I still tipped $20 for their services even though I hated my nails. The audacity to complain in Vietnamese about the $20 tip for a lousy job sealed this review. I guess next time you should get to know your clients and not treat them like a cattle!

Dumb comments? .... I'm Vietnamese. I understand very well what she said. "It's was $115 and she only left $20" saying that your customers giving you a review are dumb comments is not exactly inviting. I'm not interested in coming back to your establishment. I'd rather rip off my nails and find another location.

That's really funny cause you stood right next to her as she said that to me. Check the cameras OWNER! So it says so much about you. I never intended to write any bad review of your business but when you or your staff say things under your breath and not knowing your client speaks your language it says something about you and your company. Mind you.... My family owns a nail salon in another state and are very well aware of not speaking OUT OF TERMS! The fact that you called my comments dumb solidified your lack of customer service. You LITERALLY ARE GIVING VIETNAMESE NAIL TECHS A BAD NAME!!!! P.S... When I asked your nail tech about the bubble in the acrylic she put on top of the tip... she said... oh that not a problem... It's ok. As a nail tech... you know you should not have any bubbles in your glue or your acrylic... POINT BLANK PERIOD! WRONG LIQUID TO POWDER RATIO!

Yes I questioned the bubble and your tech responded with no hesitation that it was ok. Which in fact I let that slide. And yes my family owns a nail salon. What you are missing here.... Is the comment your staff made... IN FRONT OF YOU... about a tip percentage that I gave on work I referenced to the tech that it had a flaw. Regardless... the fact I was just willing to leave and pay and tip for a service I did not think was acceptable but willing to just leave it be YOUR STAFF WAS AND YOU AS A BUSINESS OWNER SHOULD RECOGNIZE YOUR FAULT ON LEADING THIS ON!

A viable back up when regular salon unavailable.  Maybe...do your research.   The cost was on point yet, it was clean and welcoming.

My fiancée and I had the Deluxe Spa Pedicures and they were great.  It was my first time here.  They got us in at the scheduled time.  The salon is very clean and Kim did an amazing job.  I will definitely be coming back!!!
