Horrible, horrible customer service by the lady in the first chair to the right in-front of the SNS Dipping wall with long black hair. First she did my 3 year olds nails and was getting upset with her and kept grabbing her a little rough so I had stepped and help hold her hands. This was my daughters first time getting her nails done and I had told her that... then was my gel mani and she was just rough the whole time. Finally came my gel polish change.. I asked her to cut my toes shorter and she said "you can shape them if you want them shorter..." and handed me the shaper.. I had told her that was extremely rude and if I wanted to do my nails myself I would've stayed home and did them myself and I'm not sure why she's been rude when we've been nothing but nice. She just stared at me, don't think she was expecting me to say anything back. First time coming here and never ever coming back.
Save your time and money. go else where if you're going to get a pedicure. Job was done sloppily and rushed, chipped polish right when I walked out the door, and didn't even get my full toenail polished.
Absolutely filthy. The tools were nasty, the table gross, nothing was cleaned or new for a mani/pedi. My big toe was bleeding and sore following the service. She had cut me and I didn't know until the next morning when I woke to a swollen and red toe.
Kelly has been doing my nails for three years now and she does a fantastic job! My nails are always shaped perfectly. Thank you Kelly! :)
