I absolutely loved this location until Ken came ruined the family dynamic. It disheartens me to have cut ties with this location all because of 1 disrespectful person! Ethan & Andy are the BEST‼‼‼

The manicures are always gorgeous. The service is not always the best, but they get you in within a reasonable amount of time. It relaxing once you are inside.

I went in for a pedicure, they asked me if I wanted service done on my nails after thinking it over for a minute I decided why not. All I asked for was gel polish on my natural nails and I was told it was $22 okay not bad...so I said yes and then the guy who would be working on my nails forced me to pay before doing my nails and then he did REGULAR nail polish and I was charged $19 for that and I said this isn't what I wanted, because it was already discussed beforehand that i wanted gel polish, I wanted it off so I politely asked if I can just have it removed and get a refund, they didn't want to refund me and sat me back in a chair and sloppily put one thin coat of gel over my nails to think that it would make it okay and I'd just shut up. I left almost in tears from how upset and disappointed I felt, I'm not returning there for any future services

It's their business to run how they choose but people don't always remember what you say but they ALWAYS remember how you make them feel. And the way you made my cousin feel today was unacceptable and the situation could have been handle a little differently. I'm so disappointed to hear how she was treated when she came to this business on March18,2023 for services. She was stopped at the door and told they had new chairs and there's a weight limit....and they would not service her. She left the store feeling very hurt and upset by this experience. I don't know why the business owners thought this was good business or good manners but it speaks volumes to their character and this is not a business I would suggest others support due to their lack of empathy or regard for another person. Remember you don't know what a person is going thru so BE KIND..it doesn't cost a thing.

The absolute worst experience I ever had at any nail salon. I was told that I had to pay upfront because I was a new customer. After observing other customers paying after their services were completed. I questioned the manager about where is the signage that indicated that, I was told they don't have anything that says that. I let the manager know she was not being truthful and her response was " I DONT CARE WHAT YOU THINK". I paid $85.00 and as I watched the nail tech working on my nails I noticed that they were not shaped correctly and it was clear that he really didn't know how to properly apply Chrome powder. I had to instruct him on how to apply it. I also noticed that the sign-in sheet did not have a section that you could check whether you were a returning customer or new customer. I also had to have the cc nail tech to rebuild my nail back up. I asked for a receipt and the put incorrect services that I received. When I left I went to the beauty supply store and was greeted by a customer who had just left there and she indicated that she paid after her services were completed. The owner of the beauty supply store shared that many customers have complained about the quality of service they received from the nail salon and it was not a very positive experience they received. The fact that a business owner would blantinly tell me a untruthful statement tells a lot about the business itself. Not to mention they were not following proper sanitary guidlinlines. This nail salon will be reported to the BBB and action will be taken so that other customers will not be subjected to what I experienced.
